Packaging of the shipment

The goods are supplied in disassembled condition with detailed assembly instructions. The goods are carefully packed (shipping double layer box + goods box) and insured against damage.

Delivery time of the order

 

For all items in the e-shop, the stock status is shown. We keep track of the following stock statuses:

  • Goods in stock – we ship goods within 24 hours of receipt of your order (in the case of a weekend, the first working day). Dispatch does not mean delivery!
  • Goods on the way – goods are not in stock, order cannot be placed. If you are interested in a product, please contact us for a stocking date.
  • Out of stock – the goods are out of stock, the order cannot be placed. If you are interested in a product, please contact us for a stocking date.

If it happens that you have placed an order but the goods are out of stock, you will be informed of this. We will let you know the exact day when the goods will be delivered to your address on your email or phone number indicated in the order as soon as the order is processed. If the goods are out of stock and the dispatch date is postponed, please contact us, we will adjust the order or cancel it.

Delivery of orders

  1. Delivery of orders to the address

Delivery of the package directly into the hands of the addressee at the specified address is provided by GLS or DPD services.

This is a home delivery service with the most convenient courier within 3 working days after submission.
You will be informed by email about the dispatch, the delivery and the scheduled delivery date.

Payment options

Attention!
Our store doesn’t allow payment by instalments. Only the payment methods listed below can be used to register an order. 
We do not provide company or VAT invoices. An invoice will be automatically created for the name provided in the order.

When buying in our e-shop  you can choose one of the following payment methods:

  1. Cash on delivery

  • Selected goods will be sent to your address or to the dispensing point on delivery.
  • For cash on delivery, you pay upon receipt of the goods in cash or at selected carriers, and you can also pay at the dispensing points by credit card.
  • Shipment of goods within 24 hours of order.

For cash on delivery we charge a handling fee of 1 EUR.

  1. By bank transfer

  • After submitting your order, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address with a request to pay your account.
  • When paying by bank transfer, you will use the order number as a variable symbol.

  • After we receive your payment on our account, we will send the goods to your address and confirm the exact delivery date to you by email.
  • We will dispatch the goods within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

Please note that interbank transfers can take up to 1 working day. Dispatch of your order will only take place once payment has been credited to our account.

  1. Online card payment

    • After selecting the “Online payment by card” option, you will be redirected to a secure site – the payment gateway, through which the payment will then take place.
    • After receiving your payment on our account, we will send the goods to your address and confirm the exact delivery date to you by email.
    • The goods are dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
    • We do not charge any extra fees for online card payment.
